Ben Kreisman
Master Club Fitter / Callaway Professional Staff / Instructor
Ben has always been passionate about golf. As a Ph.D. student in Colorado, he began fitting for Callaway while finishing school and switched his focus to golf full-time both as a club-fitter and Assistant Pro. In 2023 Ben returned home to Chicago and was promoted to Callaway Performance Representative and Callaway Master Fitter; leading one of the nations top fitting teams.
In 2024, Ben partnered with Brad Ray at Northwest Golf Academy where they have worked to pair both first class instruction with proper club fitting ultimately elevating each aspect of your game. Ben has spent the last ten years dedicating himself to the game of golf. His knowledge of swing dynamics, club technology and dedication to club-fitting have elevated Ben to elite status as a fitter. In 2025, Ben was appointed to Team Callaway Elite and is among a select group of top tier fitters providing insight on club development and fitting techniques.

Brad Ray
Class 'A' PGA Professional / Owner - Northwest Golf Academy
Ours is a PGA-driven experience with Brad Ray, Class A PGA Professional, as general manager and lead instructor. Brad has dedicated himself to growing the game of golf for more than 20 years. During that time, he has provided golf instruction to hundreds of golfers with a wide range of experience, from beginners to seasoned golfers. Brad has become of of the top junior instructors in the area and is a U.S. Kids Certified Coach. Before opening Northwest Golf Academy, Brad coordinated the Makray summer youth camps with hundreds of graduates of the program. In 2023, Brad combined his teaching experience with industry leading technology to provide all levels of golfers with high-level instruction and practice opportunities.
Brad has been personally involved in junior golf training since his oldest child could hold a club. His children have successfully competed in local and national junior golf programs including US Kids Golf, Illinois Junior Golf Association (IJGA), Mid-American Junior Golf Tour (MAJGT), American Junior Golf Association (AJGA), Hurricane Golf Tour (HGT), and IHSA golf. Brad understands the importance of early lessons, but also that every young person has individual needs.
